I had called a number of potential installers who could not adequately describe the process for installing the more complicated operational shutters with hold-backs which are more common on the east coast or the south where hurricanes are prevalent than in Dallas. The Installation Nation team showed up on time and worked tirelessly and meticulously over 2 days to complete a perfect installation. They took the time to do the job right the first time, which was greatly appreciated by me as the shutters were custom ordered from another state. “I love this place! I drove 35 minutes from downtown Dallas just to get my oil changed here. I absolutely love that they are women owned! They were straightforward, transparent, and friendly with their service. They were very prompt and had my car in and out in under an hour. They took the time to explain the different types of oil I could choose from and the pros and cons of each without belittling or making me feel stupid. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work/filters like other places almost always try to do. As a woman who is used to auto shops taking advantage of my auto repair ignorance, this was extremely refreshing and I will continue to take my car to them for all future maintenance and repairs. Bonus: the lobby is very clean and inviting. Light refreshments are available, children's play area, TV, fireplace, plants and flowers, magazines (a healthy variety! Not just car, hunting and ammo mags), and plush cozy chairs. The *only* thing that I would suggest is adding more ports for charging phones and laptops for services that may take longer. But I also may have not noticed if they were available.”
