I am someone who will do my research about contractors, the quality of the materials used and what it should cost me. I talked to the shortlisted contractors some of whom wanted to upsell, some who gave me suspiciously low quotes and then a few who were in the ballpark, seemed to have the knowledge and most importantly someone who I could place my trust. And for me that was Rick Estes who made the cut. He clearly explained to me not only the quality materials he was going to use but also common pitfalls and some pros and cons of other alternatives. It also helped that he has a great team and an awesome back office for smooth communication. His team is professional and respectful. It has been more than a couple of years now after having him replace my roof at the time of my writing this and I have had no issues and am happy with their work.”
