Ninety-nine percent of the time the pricing he quotes me is much better than any other place we can order through. If there is the occasional item that he cannot meet or beat pricing on he will tell me up front. Honesty in a company and a sales person is very important to me and I know when Kevin gives me a price, it's the price I will pay, no bait and switch, no quote expiration, just the honest price. Since we began with CPI, our company has doubled in size and they have been able to keep up with our ever changing demands. When we began with CPI we were only ordering office supplies, but because of the great products and SERVICE we are now ordering everything possible through them. They not only supply our general office supplies (for a building with 240 employees), they also supply ALL of our shipping bags and boxes, ALL of our cleaning supplies and paper items and ALL of our company apparel. “If you haven’t heard of this place you can consider it a hidden treasure. They have super cars / exotics and common too. They provide best service and even have loaners. I bought a set of tires from them and drove off, 5 minutes later I ran over a huge spike and blew the rear tire, on interstate 35. Mike sent two of his guys out with a GT3 wheel, made the exchange and I was on my way. A few days later he had a new tire ready to mount back my car. They have the best prices on tires and modifications too. Mike Wherley the owner is super knowledgeable and down to earth. You got to check this place out, they are one of the best.”

The car wash was all right. - The hand drying is where I had an issue. The gentleman who was to get the water off did a 2 minute work on the car. As I worked on my car to get the entire water off from all obviously visible places, he just stood at a distance and watched. - As a customer, I would rather be fine if you provide me with free vacuum as the hand drying didn't really mean anything to me. I am still increasing my rating from a 3 to a 4 Star for the owner's responsiveness and commitment. I do not want to hurt a business due to one person's callousness. Do note that it is not possible for me to always go out there and complain. It will be good if the managers are observing what's happening and supervising their employees and the work they have done.”

“Village North has been my home for 20 years. I really like this neighborhood. My neighbors are nice and I don't have any issues with anyone over here. Ana Lara-Carrillo the manager who runs this place is very kind. During this pandemic, she has helped out residents in need. She has given out fans in the summer time that has been donated to people that need cool air. She has given out new skirting for people that need to replace the old ones. She has designated a spot for people that need food they can pick it up. I have been able to drop off food at the same spot. She has really helped this community in their time of need. If you need her for anything, she is just a phone call away. It's a HUGE improvement from what I've experienced in the past from other management. She works hard to keep this place running the way it does and she really makes this place home. I love living here now. I hope it doesn't change.”
