“I'm going to give this place a 4 star and here are my reasons after reading through the other reviews - I found the folks at the front very straightforward and efficient.. I can understand for some people it can feel like it's rude, I personally did not feel so - I have gone to 3 other labs for doctor ordered testing which needed stat results. This is the ONLY place which honored it properly and did not require much follow up from me. I am super grateful!! - They do take your credit card information. I did not really like that given other places don't do that - The wait was ridiculous and it was very crowded in terms of number of people who came there to get a test For me, the fact that they honored the stat results was very important and a big component of the 4 stars”

“My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from Gary Charlton Motors. It is quite a long drive for us to Lewisville, but it was worth it. The experience was top notch. We bought the car we were looking for at a price that I agreed was fair, There were no high-pressure salesman, just folks wanting to do business. Gary introduced us to the vehicles but let me do my thing while I checked them out. He answered my questions quickly and honestly. There was only one mechanical problem with the vehicle we purchased, but Sergio, Gary's service manager, wouldn't let us drive it home until he took care of that for us. We had to wait a couple of days to pick it up after purchasing, and since we had traded in our one and only vehicle during this purchase, Gary took care of us with a loaner until Sergio got done. I wouldn't expect either of those classy moves from another dealership that's not one of those flashy 300% markup lots. Well done, Gary and Sergio, and thanks! I meant it when I said I would be back to buy our next vehicles from you. Beware of the traffic jams on I35E during your test drive, though! Fortunately, the car was comfortable and we ended up buying it.”

“Fair price, good car. 2000 miles later I am still happy. Take it to a trusted mechanic and have them look it over. Change the crankcase oil and filter. Check all other fluids and filters. This is standard practice when buying a used vehicle. I got a good deal here and am very happy with my purchase. Owner came in after hours to close the deal. He followed through with title and tags rapidly. Really cannot ask for more. Maybe I got lucky, but these 1-star reviews don't reflect my experience at all.”

“The donuts here are sooo delicious. It was worth every calorie!! I came in right as they were about to close, around noon, and all the donuts were still soft like if they were just made. She said it's because they use buttermilk instead of milk and not a lot of oil. The sales lady was so nice. I took their business card so I could tell my friend about them. I'll definitely be back! Update: I left the donuts out on the counter for 3 days and they are still good.”

“My son invited me to lunch and this boy can eat so I knew I was in for a treat. Old House BBQ does not disappoint! From the outside the place doesn’t look like much but hey it’s not the Ritz it’s a bbq joint so all good. The inside was up kept well with a very good selection to choose from. I had the three meat plate and my son had the loaded baked potato…we were stuffed when done! Food was really really good and priced well. Let’s just say I will return!!”

All the staff were professional, knowledgeable very polite & friendly. Great communication. Everything was clearly explained and all questions answered. I was notified of additional work to be done and opportunity to approve any additional charges. When I picked up my car it was super clean inside and out. Was not like this upon drop off so this was a very pleasant surprise. I’ve had no problem with my car since it was picked up. My baby is like brand new. “Brenda left a ad on my window after a major hail storm. I called her and instantly I felt like she would take good care of my truck. She sent a text when she was on her way and it took no time at all and she was at my house. She was so helpful and really nice. When she took my truck she even sent me photos of my truck at the shop. She worked hard on getting me a rental vehicle as there was none at enterprise. She found me a rental within a day. I explained before she took my truck I had four holes from a old light bar I had installed I wanted them repaired because I didn't want any water leaking inside. She had a third party company do the repairs on that when they finished she brought my truck to me and I noticed damage above my window that was not there, Brenda went back and looked on her phone from before she took the truck and she said sure enough it was not there she was very upset about the third party company damaging my truck and she was very sorry for this. It turned a plan into a disaster. She along with me were really upset but exclusive and Brenda made it right and allowed me to keep the rental and fixed the repair that this third party did. Exclusive is the way to go these people take real good care of you and I will always go to this company for any repairs in the future. Might I mention I sent my wife's 2021 kia telluride to a different company for repairs before I sent my truck to Exclusive and I still don't have our Telluride back yet. Thank you guys for a awesome job on the detailing of the truck as well. EXCLUSIVE IS THE WAY TO GO!!!”
