The hotel rooms are extremely spacious: almost the size of my apartment back home. The front desk was very helpful and attentive. Specifically, one night I came down to the lobby and a young man named Derrick, I believe, helped answer my questions about the Denton area and was super polite and engaged during the whole conversation. The GM is the kindest woman and I even saw her playing basketball at the outdoor courts with kids staying at the hotel. Would definitely recommend this place for families or even someone looking for great service!

The managers were so professional accommodating to every one of our needs. The front desk agents, Derek and Adrianne, were so nice and met everyone one of our needs. Best place we’ve stayed at yet; it felt like home. I’d recommend this place to anyone .

Micaela was very helpful when our flight was canceled and our luggage was sent to our destination, leaving us without any luggage. She was kind and offered everything we needed for our stay. Best customer service ever. So thankful for their help on a truly awful day. The room was also the best. Clean and roomy

Very clean hotel - from the lobby to the room. Friendly staff and accommodating. Wonderful hot breakfast which definitely comes I'm handy with kids in tow. The air conditioner did not work in our room and they quickly relocated us to another. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops and medical establishments.Recommend this place for travel.

It's rare that I give a lodging place 5 stars so that says something. The facility itself is clean and well kept. The amenities are true with an indoor pool, guest laundry, gym, basketball court and conference rooms. Every staff member I've encountered has been really nice. The rooms are def spacious and clean. Also, there is no community ice machine; the ice machine works in the fridge.

Brought this in for the first time due to leaking oil and loss of power steering. Had always taken car to Chrysler Dealership. I had told Chrysler about power steering issue before but only Affordable Auto thought to check the power steering fluid which requires a back tire to be removed to reach. They replaced the housing causing the leak and my car feels like brand new again. I will be taking my car to Affordable from this point on.

If you don't want to get hustled by the dealerships people (which you will and are if you use them for maintenance and repairs outside their warranty) and you live anywhere in the Frisco, Prosper, Little Elm area - give them a try you won't be disappointed. I've taken several of my Vehicles to them over the years and I get the same honest and great service! Hands down the best and won't take advantage of you. Again they are Honest - straight shooters!

Completed the work very timely and they were transparent on their repair cost. The only reason for 4 stars is that i have a car warranty and they have issues with their payment system, after charging my credit card I had to wait 30 min while they try to figure how to cover the balance (even though they had already got the approval), and it seems like the gentlemen was calling everyone trying to figure it out . . Repair wise no complaints (alternator replacement on Chrysler . . only been a few days)

True integrity! I recommend this location to everyone needing services. Kind and genuine! They were honest about the time it would take to look at the vehicle. Kenny explained in detail what they found. No pressure, no up sell. Just the honest truth of what needed to be done! Service was provided and I left knowing my issues were fixed. I feel safe and well taken care of!
