F45 Training Little Elm

F45 Little Elm is the place to be! All of the trainers are top notch. Workouts are always challenging but fun at the same time. The atmosphere is upbeat & energetic, you’re going to fit right in no matter what your current fitness level is. You will no doubt get stronger & better every day working out with this team @ F45 LE!!

F45 Training Little Elm has been awesome to me. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you regardless of your fitness level. From the ownership, to management, and to the trainers by far the best. The trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable and give instant feedbacks, adjustments and encouragement during the workout. Last but not least, the music makes the environment more favorable to finish your daily workout. Happy to recommend to my friends and family.

I have been going to F45 Little Elm since July of this year. 3 of my sisters were already attending and once I moved here recommended I attend with them. This has been a transformational time for me! I have multiple scoliosis and found myself unable to even climb stairs without the use of rails. My neurologist told me I may never gain my balance back due to the relapses that I have had.
Despite my balance issues and needing to modify exercises, the coaches, especially Aliyiah and Norris have been extremely encouraging, caring and professional. It is now October and I am able to do things I never thought I could do. Get up of the floor without help, (yes that was me when I started), climb stairs without rails or help, lift weights, etc. This is a work in progress, but I will get there. This gym's atmosphere and feeling of team is awesome and it helps keep a person going. They create an excitement with the workouts and the challenges help give a person a push in the right direction.
A big thank you to the coaches and other gym members who encourage one another. I will be forever thankful to my sisters for pushing me to go and for their love and support through my journey to a healthy body and being able to say to my neurologist, I have gained my balance back:)

I have been going here for about a month and already am loving the changes I am seeing. I like the way the coaches, and also the other classmates, encourage you to take the weights up a notch to challenge yourself. I also like the no-fuss-no-muss atmosphere where you can get it and get an awesome workout in 45 min and then get back home. But the best part of this studio is the diversity of the attendees. It is a really cool thing to see!

This is an awesome F45 studio! I live 8 minutes away from a different studio and I prefer to come to this location that is 30 minutes away from my house. The trainers are awesome and are always motivating and encouraging! I love this studio and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to work out!
