Clyde is Amazing! Our battery went bad and he came to us a couple of stores away (in 95 degree HEAT). Jump started are vehicle then checked the 7 year old battery (it was bad). Got us a new one, put it in and then checked to make sure the alternator was good (it was).
Then we saw a auto shade my wife and I both wanted. He went to the back and found a 2nd one.
In addition he is a super nice person.
Whoever hired him did right.

Walked in and was greeted by Tonja, who is the kindest and most helpful person. She’s still training and the manager was extremely helpful. They installed my new battery and talked me through all the options and took great care of me. I’m glad this store is right around the corner because I will definitely be back.
I recently had a dead battery and a check engine light come on in my car and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts for help. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I called first to be sure O'Reilly had what I was looking for since I saw it online, and the women who answered the phone was super friendly and seemed happy to assist. I needed a kind of Spray treatment used on Heat Coils and she said there were at least 2 cans left and that she'll set them aside. I said, great I'll head over to pick them up
When I arrived at the store, another friendly person, this time a handsome young guy asked could he help and I told him I had something on hold, next an older guy came out to assist. I thought, wow, this is what i call customer service. The handsome young guy went to the back where the nice lady set aside my item (just like she said), he returned with it and a smile on his face, rang me up, and with a gorgeous smile said...."Have a nice day" Now, this is how life should be when you treat people kindly, the very same should return to you. Afterall, it's not difficult and it makes you feel.good!
I like this O'Reilly location and will shop there again.
So went today and Clyde helped me…let me tell you how nice he was. Not only did he fix my battery problem but he got me a chair to sit inside AC with my granddaughter. Customer service is off the charts! Was talking on speaker phone about my experience and a customer overheard and said I drive out of my way to come here…Clyde your amazing and they are so lucky to have you…must add everyone working there is equally nice. That’s how you keep business! Thank you!
