My encounter with Mrs. Hambrick from the moment I called her, to the time we hung up off the phone making my down payment to my new policy; she has been an absolute Angel! I don't normally take the time to write reviews because I'm too impatient to sit and type like that lol but I had to commend Mrs. Michel on her level of courtesy and professionalism. It was truly unmatched when compared to other agents I have dealt with in the past. She truly makes you feel at ease and like you are family. I can't tell you how much customer service means to me and Michel Hambrick displayed all of that and more from start to finish. I would like to thank her and let her know how much I appreciate her level of service for me. She found me MORE coverage with a CHEAPER deductible all with a very reasonable monthly premium. Michel is the best insurance agency hands down. If it was an option to select 10 stars, then I would. It doesn't matter if my husband and I call her more than once per day or even everyday, she's always available, willing and patient with us. We are BIG on customer service so with that being said, I would refer Michel to anyone because I'm that confident that she will find the best insurance available as well as provide excellent customer service along with quick responses.
