(September 21, 2022, 6:28 am)Depends on where you work at honestly. Where I work at the lead and supervisor are really chill and likes to BS with everyone a lot. Even hang out after work as well. The lead will go as far as working with people who performs poorly at their job and will try to cover for you to help keep your job. But there’s only so much he can do… likes to say “help me ,help you.” My job is really easy to do and they give you an extra 14 minutes to get to work. Which I think is a pretty sweet deal.
