Ideal Dental of Northlake

I had a great experience today at Ideal Dental in Northlake. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr Madrea is a great Dentist, was very friendly and did a great job.I have worked in the dental field for over 30 years and I highly recommend this office.

Very friendly staff. Front office explained insurance easily and makes scheduling even easier.
They’ll let you know what they do before they start poking in your mouth. I don’t understand it but it is reassuring and makes for a better trip. My old dentist was terrible love these ladies.

This office is fantastic! It is modern and clean with updated equipment. The doctor was very thorough and the entire team was world class! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Excellent service! I was greeted immediately, upon arrival, by the office staff. After checking in, there was virtually no wait. The staff did a full oral exam (including x-rays). Dr. Madera, and her team, did a wonderful job communicating with me and performed the recommended procedures in a precise and timely manner. Pricing was transparently disclosed prior to treatment. I will definitely be returning for future needs!
