Beautiful neighborhood, model home is just gorgeous. They’re in their last phase and offering lots of incentives for the last lots available. Sean, the sales rep was amazing, answered all my questions, went above and beyond to provide me with all the details and offers. They’re semi-custom builders so you’d have quite options of personal touch to add to your new home, of course, if you don’t mind the wait to have the house built from scratch.

She is honest, truthful and very knowledgeable. So is the builder Graham. As time passed by, my respect for Grand homes only grew stronger. I believe they invest in lasting relationships. Hard to find a team/builder like this. Especially in the current market.
