Shottenkirk Prosper Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I love my car! I've wanted this car for a while, and I finally got it! Thank you God, and Shottenkirk! Now, it was a bad experience at first. But then, they went above&beyond to rectify what went wrong. I would've done 5 stars if it wasnt for the initial bad experience. Alejandro did a great job from day one mediating and being the point of contact. Leith was also super helpful and flexible. I recommend them both when car shopping here. 👌

Whitney Patton helped my husband through the whole process. She did a great job and made an honest and fair deal. We were interested in the Jeep Wrangler High Tide edition and they had just sold the last one on the lot. She was able to get another one for us and required a $1,000 deposit to hold it upon arrival. This made us uncomfortable due to the negative reviews but they stuck to the negotiated deal made over the phone. We sent pictures for the trade in, got an estimate over the phone, which was a fair price. They did NOT add extra fees once we got to the dealership either. We live about 2 hours away and did everything over the phone until it was time to go pick it up. Kept us updated while we waited for it to arrive…just all around good communication. I am so happy with my first Jeep purchase and definitely recommend this dealership. Several people tried to buy the Jeep before we made it there and they held on to it for us since we put the deposit down. Nothing but a great experience! Great job, great dealership and great staff.

I visited the website in the morning and submitted a form saying I wanted to trade in my 2019 Ram 1500 for a Jeep Wrangler. Royal immediately called me to make an appointment for the same day and told me he would get me in a Jeep.

I arrived a little early for my appointment and unfortunately Royal was assisting another customer and I was then assisted by Bryce. I told Bryce what I wanted and what I was trading in and shortly after he pulled up front in a Wrangler that was exactly my style and we went on a test drive. Unfortunately, it turns out I didn’t actually want a Wrangler so I asked Bryce if they had any Grand Cherokee in my price range.

Few minutes later Bryce pulled up in a Grand Cherokee that I wanted to buy before I even test drove it.

Entire process with these guys was very fast and enjoyable. Had I known I actually wanted a Grand Cherokee instead of a Wrangler I would be writing this review even sooner. Royal even came over to introduce himself and congratulate me on the Grand Cherokee after the paperwork began.

Long story short…this is a huge dealership with a lot of inventory and they will make sure you drive off the lot in the car/truck that you want. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone.
