I sat with him for about an hour one Saturday morning describing what I was looking for and then looking over his shoulder while we browsed through his online catalogs. I never felt any pressure. That evening, he had already emailed me a long list of candidates with pricing. A few days later, we went to look at the pieces we had picked out in person in Dallas. A month later, BOOM - all of my new furniture is in my home. Communication throughout the whole process was great!
