Knowing they are dealing with people who are having health and wellness issues every day but are still able to treat people with tenderness and respect speaks volumes to me. I most especially appreciated Jackie, who is clearly meant to be in health care. You can tell how much she cares about people and their well-being, and how she wants to make their time at the clinic as good of an experience as possible. David was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we made our decision. My husband and I came in not really sure of what we wanted and he helped us figure out the perfect mattress for us and our needs. He was always there if we needed anything but also gave us space to make our decision without being pushy or rushing us. He was very understanding of our budget as well which we greatly appreciated! We highly recommend this Mattress Firm location and we will definitely be back! (Though not for a while, because we got a great mattress! 😉)”

“This Friday has been amazing to me and to make it even better I ordered lunch from here (for my first time) that came with great customer service from an employee by the name of Jennifer. With the fact that I didn't really know anything about their menu, I called ahead of time with some questions that she was very willing to answer with a great attitude. Which, she made my soup choice that much easier! Then, when I went to pick up my order, unfortunately, my drink was not brought out with my meal. For the record, it was not her that brought out my meal. Anyhow, I called the location back and informed them of this mishap and I simply suggested the possibility of me coming back on a different day to grab a drink at no charge. To this suggestion, she had a much better offer. She asked me to choose between having it taken off of my original ticket or she could have my drink delivered to me with some complimentary cookies. I must say, I honestly thought that I had misheard her because I've never heard of having your missed items delivered to you. All in all, the Ranchero Wrap is DELICIOUS and Jennifer made my Friday that much BETTER!!! Thank You Jennifer!!”

“Great menu that got me really excited. We tried the brisket egg rolls and they had a great flavor, but were pretty greasy. Also had the dumplings that were good, the short ribs that had good flavor, and the burger. I expected a lot from the burger, but maybe too much. It was salty on the edges, pretty greasy, and the truffle fries were ok. Martinis were great the first round, but my second wasn't as good as it had too much lemon. Overall, it was a good experience. Wait staff are very friendly and attentive.”
