Their croissants are the best you're gonna find for at least 20 miles. They're freshly made every day - crispy, flaky, and delicious. I envy their croissant game and get one nearly every weekend from their stand in the Frisco Fresh Market. The butter and chocolate varieties are the best. The ham one is okay (literally nothing they sell is bad), but the moisture of the ham and cheese kind of sogs up the croissant and it loses the crispiness that makes the other ones extraordinary.

What a gem! The best quiche I’ve ever had. I’m a tad obsessed with French patisserie and this place does not disappoint. The building is a bit unexpected but don’t let that fool you. So good plus wonderful owner and assistants.

So glad I stopped in to pick up some macarons and pastries today. Absolutely delicious and packed full of flavor.
The owner and chef was extremely engaging and helped pick out an excellent assortment.

These pastries are the real deal!! Had our first one at Frisco Farmers Market and the last 2 days been at there shop ordering a dozen or more! Very buttery and flaky! True pastries not your grocery story version!! Great job Ollie’s!!

You are very likely to not know this place exists and drive past it every day. Don't!! You need the get in there. The croissants are outstanding!!! The macaroons are awesome! Every bit of it is great. I would review my favorite but I really don't know. The ham and cheese croissant, chocolate croissant, and almond croissant are certainly on the favorite list but they are not alone.
