We placed a mobile order for pickup of the pumpkin cream cold brew. They were finishing it when I arrived. The drink was correct and they worked together to get it finished so I didn't have to wait. “Don’t even know where to start. This place is so nice caring, and clean. It’s was me and my wife’s first time here and we had just came from our 19 year anniversary dinner. The girl at the register help us with everything. She explained everything so easy and helped us with all our questions. The froyo is so amazing and good and there was so many good choices that it took me and while to know which one I loved the most. My wife was very pleased with the amazing services and loved the small talk made with the girl behind the cash register. Many amazing selections for toppings and sauce. The bathrooms were also very cleaned and smelt good and I wasn’t even expecting that. The price wasn’t too much and we even joined the menchie’s rewards. Loved all the smiles received and the high respect we received. Most definitely won’t be our last time.”

They sell fast so everything is always fresh. 5AM has a very good selection of donuts including lesser-loved varieties like maple, vanilla, and apple fritters. They stock an above-average number of choices in their drink fridges, including tough-to-find Monster flavors like Ultra Sunrise Orange. Family owned business, they are very polite and you can tell that they appreciate repeat customers. I haven't had a better donut experience anywhere else.”

I fully expected them to say they wouldn’t be able to make the Mario theme with it being so detailed and probably not the normal request, but they happily said to text them a sample photo and they would give it a shot. I am giving them four stars because 1) they actually responded to customer feedback which today is not the norm for any business, 2) they offered to comp us cookies but this was not our intent so we respectfully declined, and 3) they want to do the right thing by their customers which tells me they are empathetic and run their business ethically. “I’m actually here now. The restaurant appears clean but it’s every bit of 5 tables with two people. It took a while before we were seated. The hostess never came over so an older gentleman seated us after he noticed. Once we sat drinks came fast but we didn’t even get a greeting just “can I get your drinks in?”. Now that we’ve ordered our food, I feel our server is very rude and nonchalant as if she doesn’t want to serve us (myself and my three children) at all. I can’t complete a sentence before she cuts me off and is kinda rolling her eyes with everything she says. Her entire mannerism is horrible and she doesn’t know much about anything on the menu or maybe she doesn’t feel like saying anything about the food I’m asking about. I don’t know her name because she never introduced herself. We haven’t even received our meals and not sure if she has even put them in but I’m ready to leave. After we receive our meals (and we ordered a lot), I’ll update my review, but so far customer service is awful. This is our first time here. UPDATE ‼️‼️Added a star and tipped the COOK be the food was excellent”
