Berna runs the office and her follow up skills are a rare gem in this world today. She did exactly what she said she would, called back when she said she would and kept me updated on the progress of our repair. These repairs only took 2 weeks to complete and the cost was worth every penny, and significantly cheaper than other quotes I received! Also just as a testament to their character: my husband mentioned we were expecting a baby girl and they bought a very sweet gift and fixed a couple other things they noticed free of charge just so that my vehicle was a safe as possible for me and baby girl. When I had concerns about my oil change situation, I was given a very in depth explanation about how the oil works in the car and what it means for me to have a certain type of oil. It wasn't like I was being talked down to either, but it was explained in a way to help me down the road understand my vehicle better. This was incredibly valuable to me. “Mark is very knowledgeable on all my motorcycle repairs. He told me like it is and not sugar coat it about what he had to do to get my scooter rollin' and that he did just that. Its been running ever since. I have gotten my tires changed, oil changed, tail lights fixed ( wiring), new battery and a battery tender for free, hazard lights worked on, and my "kickout" bearing replaced on my tranny. :) very reasonable pricing for his good work. :)”
