“Great place to get snacks when going anywhere. The place has just been remodeled one year ago na fit still looks great! The bathrooms are super clean and convent too. The employees are always nice and seem to be happy to work there. They have since replaced the Slurpee machines, and they look great! The Slurpee comes out very smooth, and you have much control over the amount coming out. The place looks to be in great condition still, and we will continue to come back here often!”

The ex team member, person or persons related to the ex team member posting those reviews is disgruntled. No one is bullied at this location. “This is a decent loves location. Much better than the one a mile or two up the road. It’s got BT parking as well as reg TRK parking. There is a shop at this location. A TRK was near by. This location has a subway, godfathers pizza and a Wendy’s. The store was clean and the employees were polite, friendly and professional. There is also a TA at this exit as well.”

“Pretty good. No hassles. It's one of my most preferred gas stations. Competitively price and very close to I-35. There is a car wash right next to it, an air filling station and a vacuum station in the same premises. So, you can get a complete car care at one place. The staff is okay. Not much of a complain there.”

“I live two blocks from this 711 and have been going here for years. There is an older gentleman clerk who smokes cigarettes who has worked there for a long time, and always gives me good service. Considering this location is behind the jail, and is overrun by homeless folks, the older clerk has incredible patience. I am surprised he has been able to tolerate such a job, Considering the rude people he is routinely dealing with. On the downside, this clerk works the most and does it all, and sometimes he has to close the store late at night, because he works the truck all by himself. Frankly this guy is a rare gem of a person, and deserves a big raise and better position. He has to be over 50, and the place is family run. And not one young man comes to help him stock the store he does is alone. Do consider this before you talk bad about him, think about his work and customer service ethics. Thanks for everything 711.”

“This is a convenience store on hwy 380 half way between Denton and Decatur where the locals in the "Stony" area get gas and gossip. Want to stop for clean restrooms for your dainty little children, please keep going down the road to Buc-ees in Denton! This is where to meet your neighbors in the area. The friendly owner is from Syria decades ago and has raised his family here. He's friends with everybody who is anybody around here. We've spent hours discussing religion, politics, and you name it for nearly 20 years. For a few bucks park your old jalopy you have for sale out front by hwy 380. Allows my brother to park his big truck out back overnight for free, on the other hand we actually buy fuel and I get these great little colorful Mexican candies on the counter . . .”

“Taqueria inside has excellent Mexican food!! The hours I posted are for the restaurant inside the Valero gas station. The food portions are huge, and worth the slightly higher prices. There might be a bit of a language barrier depending on who is at the counter, but we had no problem with our orders. Try this place out, I promise its very very tasty!!”
