There had been such an increased demand for the drive up option and the staff is working super hard to fulfill each and every order. I arrived a few minutes early and was able to get my order within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend coming about 10-15 minutes later than you plan during the peak operation hours to get your order on time. I hope to see the expansion of more car slots to meet the demand with covid!”

“Cam was our personal shopper. He showed up car side before I could even get off the phone properly to let them know that I had arrived. Talk about excellent customer service!!! He was friendly and genuine and told me he was happy to help. After promptly loading the trunk and waving goodbye, I quickly got his attention, cash in hand, ready to show him some deserved appreciation in the form of a small tip. He told me that he was thankful but policy would not allow him to accept it. INTEGRITY=CAM!!! I was a little bummed about it but in that act he reassured me that there were still people out there willing to do the right thing even when nobody is looking. Give him a raise, promotion, or an acceptable act of appreciation Wal-mart for having such a kind, caring and outstanding employee. Thanks again CAM!!????????????”
