My initial evaluation with her was free. I appreciated this because it gave me the opportunity to see if she was the right therapist for me. My particular reason for seeing Sadye is that I love to work out and lift heavy. I did not have an "injury". I just noticed that my workouts were limited to discomfort with particular movements. Sadye not only helps rehabilitate after injury/surgery she also focuses a lot on injury prevention and strength training. Her location was perfect for me!
