I had a pretty major neck wound in which I was going to need some home health care. The home health care thing never really got off the ground, so I was sent to Wise Healing Center. What a magnificent decision that was. From the moment I walked in, they took care of me. The check in process is seamless. Then you wait in a very comfortable waiting area but not for very long. They get you in quick. The nurses are great! They took very good care of me. Thank You Alison, La Reina and Big AL. You ladies are the best! And then there's Doctor Crabb. I couldn't ask for a nicer, more informative doctor. He explains everything in detail and really puts you at ease. I'm not big on going to the doctor. But I can tell you that I was at ease every time I went to Wise Healing Center. A great experience and I'm healed! I can't thank the staff enough. And there were others there too. Sheila, Toni, John...I hope I have the names right. So if you need any kind of wound care. This is the place to go. Really, it is. I'm so grateful. I'm not going to lie, I'm going to miss seeing them regularly too. They are such great people and do a fantastic job. They'll take care of you and get you well. “Dr.Ganeshan is the first pediatric doctor we’ve been to where not only us as parents but our kids feel safe and listened to when we have concerns about our their health. She advocates for us and get us the answers we need. She’s prompt, caring and very patient. She’s truly a gem and if you’re looking for a new doctor I highly recommend her. We live in Aubrey and the drive is well worth the visits and care we receive. And to add to already having a great doctor, the staff is incredible. They’re helpful, patient and kind.”

“I went through a bout of ptsd with a dentist and orthodontist that looked like this after I got older, too many colors, games, and the dentist himself was a little bit creepy, so just watch out and make sure that everything is completely numbed whenever any work is done. Won't get into detail but I wouldn't wish it upon anyone else. Also nitric laughing gas. Too many times can't be good for anyone's health. Hope it helps”

He has a way of building rapport with his clients as well as identifying the issue professionally. “My mother spent only about six months here after bad experiences at two other places. While the other two facilities had nicer and newer facilities, Brookdale Lewisville was by far the best place we found after literally visiting dozens of Assisted Living facilities and moving into two of them! They made the last months of mom's life so much better by giving her a place she became familiar with and the best Med Tech on the planet, Josie!! My mother was on hospice for cancer and fell around 11pm one evening. Thankfully, Josie called me to let me know as they usually call the Hospice Nurse rather than transport to the emergency room. I was at work and unable to go there. At my request, they called 911 to take her to the emergency room where they discovered she had fractured her hip. After not cooperating with treatment at the rehab facility, she was told she had to leave the Rehab place. Needing a lot more care, Brookdale Lewisville decided to welcome her back and significantly increase the assistance she was receiving. Even with the added cost, it was only back to the same rate she had been paying at the first place she moved into. As the surgeon warned, she did pass away just two months after her fall. Brookdale went above and beyond to help my mother and brought such healing to all of her family with their kindness towards her. She was able to spend her last month back at "home" where she had become familiar with the staff (especially Josie) and was checked on regularly. I regularly heard Josie greet each resident as she went in to check on them and visit with each of them. Every resident wants Josie to be their personal Nurse, and she has a great compassion and patience for even the ones who are more challenging/grumpy simply due to the aging process. The new director Jamie was also a great advocate for my mom in inviting my mother back after her fall when she was unable to complete her rehab. This would not have happened any other Assisted Living Facility. My mother's only wish we recalled growing up with her was to not be put into a Nursing Home. With only a few weeks, Brookdale allowed us to fulfill this wish of my mom's, and we are so very, very grateful!!”
