“My ex and I were court ordered to Dr. Threats program. I was a willing participant but I was surprised to find myself looking forward to the class and excited to share with others what I heard or learned that day. The classes gave me fuel to go and grow during the week. I've met with other mental wellness professionals who are very good but Dr. Threats by far is the best. Her presence is warm and welcoming. She is firm but kind, transparent in her delivery, and effectively usher parents to accountability. Because of her flexibility, I was able to continue with the program despite circumstances beyond my control that could have prevented me from continuing. I recommended Dr. Threats to a family member who recently had a child. I feel that a modified version of the program or one-on-one counseling would be excellent for parents before conflict arise. Knowledge gained in advance can prevent parents resorting to courts as the solution. It gives insight to the court system and the negative psychological impact on the child. The program is definitely an opportunity for a person to grow as an individual, parent, blended family, and respectful coparent. The tools obtained are useful in other aspects of my life. I appreciate Dr. Threats intervention and I know our child is better off because of it. I see a weight has been lifted from her as well.”

The ex team member, person or persons related to the ex team member posting those reviews is disgruntled. No one is bullied at this location. The person starting this thread walked out of her job and is now trying to bully the store and it’s staff here, which is not okay. She is having her family and friends post reviews that are untrue. “This was the best place I have ever seen. The staff was friendly and treated you like family. I have never seen a place that cares so much for their patients. I can not thank this group of people enough for what they have done for my dad. I wished there was more people like the staff at Horizon Medical Center. The care they gave my dad went above and beyond the call. They treated him with respect and courtesy and compassion. They showed me and my family with the same kindness and respect. And they let us help where we could with my dad rehab. In my dad's last days they showed us so much love and compassion and understanding. May God Bless you all. Me and my family appreciate everything they did. Each nurse was loving and caring. Each nurse's aide was the same. The resiptortary therapist was determined to help get the pneumonia out of my dad's lungs. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family for their loved ones. “Just left this office and it’s 10:17 pm. I really appreciate Dr. Song coming out to treat me for my dental emergency. Most dentists don’t offer service late at night, so it’s really considerate for a dentist to do so. Please note that after hour service is by appointment only. Dr. Song was kind and caring. Even though he had other people waiting, he made sure I felt comfortable with my crown before I left his office. I definitely recommend Dr. Song!”

“MY LETTER TO OWNERSHIP: First off, great stylists but I'm only giving this place 2 stars because there are never enough stylists to handle the 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. drive time crowd. It's crazy. Guess what....this is when you need to be staffed!!! I walked in and right back out tonight. 3 people waiting and 1 stylist. NOT GOOD. If this is the case the next time I go by there for a haircut on my way home from work, it will be my last. I saw three customers turned away last time I was here for the same reason. The waiting area was full and the single stylist couldn't accept more customers before time to close! You're understaffed and the stylist(s) you do have is overworked and stressed as a result. That’s a recipe for disaster! If service improves, I have every intention of revising my review accordingly. Otherwise, I won't be back. I plan to give this place one more try because I really like the convenience of your location and I drive by it every night on my way home from work. Hire more stylists because you're losing business! It's common sense. 07/13/16 Revision: I'm changing my review from 2 to 3 stars based on one thing for now....the owner has reached out to me directly to assure me that they've addressed the lack of stylists problem and wanted to make me aware. This was very refreshing. The owner is very professional and cares about the customers and their experience. I'm looking forward to going back and trying this location out again very soon. I'll post another revision to my review based upon the experience but I'm expecting it'll be MUCH better! I'm hoping that my 3 stars may go up to 5 at that time. 05/31/18 Revision: I'm changing my review from 3 to 4 stars based on my last few visits. The hair stylists have been much more pleasant and in a good mood and I feel the owners are worthy of a 4 star review due to some of the changes I've seen made over the past couple of years. “We met Dr Haq when my husband was very sick and I was afraid I was going to loose him. Dr Haq, since then, has been attentive to all details and being diligently applying and requesting tests and exams to finding the problems to be able to treat him. We even received, on a Saturday late morning, a call from Dr Haq personally, with the purpose to educate us in case of an emergency. We have the diabetes under control now, and through her inquisitive nature, it have been found serious issues that if we’re not for Dr Haq I could loose my husband in a blink of an eye as I lost my father. We are so grateful to Dr Haq who additionally is polite, knowledgeable, and assertive. The lab team and the front desk team are exceptionally cordial, generous, and competent, always! There is an integration among them, the doctor, and patient. So, when we call, they know what to say, who we are and we feel confident ! We feel blessed, gratified, and safe because we know we can count on her and her team.”

All team members gave my cat and myself the best care. I was able to call anytime for an update and even called at 12:30 am and was texted pictures. I would highly recommend BluePearl for their expert staff and kindness. Pricing was not as bad as expected given it is an ER.”
