I've always been frustrated with Carter Eye center, having to wait HOURS for every checkup, but I always assumed this was the norm. I don't know why I didn't see Dr. Hsiao earlier... 1. I waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen by him. 2. Dr. Hsiao was super patient answering my silly questions. 3. I never felt rushed during my time with him. Thank you for the wonderful experience!”

She even gave me a blanket when I was cold, so sweet. I never experienced any sensitivity during or after my appointment.
