It was nice to have the app ability... however the GAP lied in not receiving the paperwork ahead of time, what to expect etc. When I arrived these people were phenomenal!!! I think her name was Brianna [front desk] did an awesome job checking me in and answering my questions. Sam was wonderful. Explaining EVERYTHING in detail. Gave me a great experience from BEginning to end. Donna was amazing. She really took her time and really listened to my questions and needs. Gave me a clear indication of what process would BE best for me. Thank goodness I came. They really turned my expectations and experience around... from the texting correspondence. Just to BE clear, that wasn't horrible, but that communication could have been better. I'm so grateful I met this team of strong people who are truly dedicated to helping people with their allergies 💙 I recommend this location 💯 %”

“6 months ago I moved to Frisco, and found out about Tapout Fitness since then they became like family to me! The environment is absolutely amazing, and the gym is so clean at all times! He started me on intense treatment (three days a week) including acupuncture , acupressure, and cupping. I have not had a headache since that day. I am absolutely thrilled at the results. Being a "whole body" medical expert, he has also been treating me for other ailments. That would require a second visit with a traditional doctor. On top of how amazing she was, she also provided me with more knowledge of the benefits of Botox and how long it will last. As I was anxious at first to get a Lip Flip, she was gentle and made me feel relaxed (I do not do well with needles sometimes). I came in two days before my birthday and she gave me a sample size product to help with my little breakout, and also recommend great products to help with my stress acne. She is literally the only person I will trust with anything skin related. Her staff is also so kind and always have great conversations with the lady at the front desk.
