Our Richard was treated with kindness every single day. Everyone at Aspen worked to preserve his dignity and personal self-worth, regardless of that day’s situation. We never had to worry about his safety or happiness; we knew that Aspen was taking excellent care of him every day. His caregivers never “talked down” to him; they came up with creative ways to entertain him, and got him out of the house while still keeping him safe.Richard’s dementia was especially complicated, because he was a brilliant and talented man, an accomplished artist and sculptor, and he knew what was happening. As a result, he could be difficult to deal with, especially for strangers. He was initially very hard on Jordy, who became his favorite caregiver. In fact, only Jordy could get Richard up and out of the house to go to lunch, to the movies, or just for a ride in the car.As Richard’s health deteriorated, Aspen was there - through hospital visits and through hospice treatment, until Richard passed from this life to the next.Joe, Jordy, and the others at Aspen did a wonderful job, took excellent care of Richard, and made a permanent impression on my heart. I’m happy to recommend Aspen to anyone who wants to provide the best care for a loved one. Speaking from my own experience, I’ll never use anyone else.”

“Best place to go for your little ones. My son had extra teeth which are needed to be pulled out. We asked many different options. After all, pretty much every other dentist advised us that we have to put my 6 years boy into fully anesthesia. Me and my wife was so worried because we all know that anesthesia will result in risk and side unknown effect but we seems like run out option because our boy is too young to stay calm during the whole procedure. Luckily, we ran into Vanilla Family Dentistry and Dr Lan. He told us with confidence that he can pull off the operation without putting my boy into full anesthesia. Of course, he delivered his promise. The whole procedure was so smooth and my son did not go through any pain or panic and all. The patience and skill Dr. Lan showed us gave us such relive. Magically, even after two extra teeth being pulled out, the wound was not swollen at all. My son can drink and eat normally the day after the procedure. The team staff followed up on time and kindly answered all the questions we have. Really hope every dentistry can be like this but unfortunately that won't be the case. Finding the dentist you can trust instead of the facility who only think about easy work and more money. Thank you Dr. Lan. Wish I can spread out to everyone. Definitely 100% recommended.”
