“Came to Texas for family and didn’t bring a guitar, I thought I’d be able to find one used easily. Not so much, but this Guitarasaur location in the Painted Tree building was perfect. It was close to me, and when I called Todd answered and told me what he had available. When I got there he had a stool setup for me to try it out and a personality that made me want to stay. Look forward to checking out his other location and spending some time there. He has strings and essentials here as well as guitars at this location.”

“They did my roof in June before I bought the house and I saw what I thought was a roof leak. They came out quick and recaulked the area for free but inspected it and saw that the wood around the chimney was rotting away, which was new. We arranged for them to fix it, which they did right away, and they have kept in touch with me to make sure everything is looking good! I appreciate the customer service and care they provided and upkeep of their warranty of work. It is comforting to know I have their support on their work and insurances that they did great work as well.”

“IN-THE-BOX is ON-THE-BALL. I have both personal and business mail sent here. These folks send me pics of mail when it arrives, so if I am expecting a particularly important piece of mail, I know it arrived. They take good care of my packages and insure my mail is safe. They even helped me deal with a package which was not shipped correctly and helped to keep me updated on its return. Now, for the subjective aspect of it all, they are nice and friendly. This is not as important to me as efficiency, but they provide that as well. I'd consider them if you are looking for a shipping/packaging center or you're in the market for a postal box.”
