“We had a great experience. Our closing happened during all the COVID-19 pandemic and Jenny gave us an amazing solution. She brought all the papers to our doorstep and stayed in her car until we finished signing them all. We text messaged any question to her and she was there for us answering right away. Once we were done, she just asked us to leave the folder in our porch and she picked it up. Before leaving she made sure everything was right and then left. This is a great example of how you can adjust your service offerings to the several restrictions we have in pace right now and still provide outstanding services. “William Is our accountant and boy oh boy is he good. Super responsive to emails and saved us a ton on our taxes. Our last accountant miscalculated our taxes and we had to pay a lot more than expected at the end of the year. William has been on the ball all year and was spot on with his calculation and keep us up-to-date as we went through the year. I think some of the other reviews may not be fair to Chandler and Knowles and I would argue user error on some of them. The accountant can only work with what we provided them. I know a bad account team and their not it. I highly recommend them. Just remember to send in all documentation each quarter and there will not be any surprises. Trust me, William is amazing.”
