What's even more impressive is how honest they are. Upon demoing the existing floors it was discovered that the concrete slab was too wet and would require drying by dehumidifiers and blowers before new flooring could be installed. Norris the owner who was extremely knowledgeable and professional, was at my house and set up the whole system to dry out the floors within 2 hours of my phone call.
