“UPDATE Mar 2021 Still stop by once a month for sandwich combo meal. Starting Mar 10th they will no longer require customers to wear a mask. Its optional. The store will still practice virus mitigation. 1st visit before 2020 sometime. Once a month I stop by after events in Sanger where we don't stop for lunch. So this is convenient on the way home to Plano. Same fare as any other Subway but better with a coupon like today. Only one guy on shift and he was kept busy. Much better with two on shift.”

Their staff never let us down with an uber-professional delivery team that actually does freaky-fast better than Jimmy Johns; customer service pros that are always so pleasant when you might need to call or come in for pickup; but the food prep staff is best of all! They ALWAYS get it right and make ANYTHING we order look picture perfect & taste amazing. Not once have they let us down where it counts most. I congratulate the management on finding such a smart, star team to serve our community and for obviously training them so well. We love looking for any excuse to have pizza night because of y’all. Sometimes I grab a cold beer while waiting for the order. Hey, I get thirsty waiting 10 minutes! Tonight I gave the cashier more $20 bills than I thought, and I had told him to keep the change. He realized it was my mistake and he called me back up to the counter to give me the $10 and keep smaller tip. I love honest people so I rounded this up 1 Star to a five. I will definitely be back.”
