I am someone who will do my research about contractors, the quality of the materials used and what it should cost me. And for me that was Rick Estes who made the cut. He clearly explained to me not only the quality materials he was going to use but also common pitfalls and some pros and cons of other alternatives. It also helped that he has a great team and an awesome back office for smooth communication. His team is professional and respectful. “Roof was tarped promptly and replaced a few days later. There was an issue with the roof sagging a bit and they were there the next day and did structural repairs that corrected the problem. They are incredibly prompt to reply to any questions and communications I have, but a bit slow on completing the job. This was a big storm but what was to be a 2 to 3 week job has turned into 2 to 3 months.”
