They offer fun venues for performances and allow students to learn their favorite types of music while encouraging them to explore genres they may not have ever considered. Teach your kids to play an instrument! You will see so many positive changes in them! Guitarville is a wonderful, encouraging place to get started. They even have adult beginner classes and can work with more experienced musicians as well.”

“I took a trip to the high school we my kid for a sporting event tournament. The school area is under construction and I'd basically one way behind the whole school to reach the sports areas on the backside of the school. Once we were there, my kid had a decent time at the event with a few issues. The school was nice and the teachers we encountered were also good is several aspects.”

There volleyball games are great too. They rarely dress code you and its a fun school to go to. Lots of Denton Spirit!!! But they need to improve in there pep rallies and lunch food....”

“I love Strickland school, has the best music program and best teachers of all, Mrs Mizell is one of the greatest teachers my son could of have been so blessed for having her. All teacher are great and it truthly is one of the best educational institutions out there. The only complain I have is the coaches have favorites and only play favorites on the games. I think middle school is about learning not so much about comparative of which middle school is better in sports. That's what High school is for For. Middle school should be more about basics and learning skills not to make some kids feel like they are less than others.”

The lessons and knowledge shared by the lead teacher is amazing, but what really sells me is the way the children are treated as intelligent people capable of working through issues and understanding more than we (as parents) typically give them credit for. The staff have a level of patience and consciousness that is so rare in the world of education.”

“I love this school, my granddaughter goes here. The teachers that she has had have been so nice, seeming to really care about the children, not just their jobs. The school is very clean, well maintained, and very inviting not just the parents but also the extended family. The front office personnel are outgoing, caring and very professional. I like that they get to know everyone on a personel level, but they still follow protocol and check those id's and have you sign in AND out. Overall, the school gets a 5 star for being an all around great school.”
