Today is day 3. If you can follow rules without that voice in your head trying to persuade you to "not worry about it" you will be okay in this program. This is my personal challenge. “It is confusing if you’ve never visited before. There’s no signage for where the actual receiving door is. Receiving side is on the right side of the building if you were facing the building. Shipping left side. Plenty of space to maneuver. The man door is across from the fire hydrant at the curve once you pass the gate. Hit the buzzer. They will not let you in. Communication is done thru the speaker. Got door, started unloading me. There was some confusion with paperwork but it’s trucking. Glad the sun was shining.”

She has the best customer service I’ve seen at a storage facility. She personally has given us tours of the facility, shown us what we need to do and how we need to do it to access every part of the facility. Additionally, when I had an issue with my lock, she immediately came to my assistance telling me she would do anything to help (and we solved it)! Other places I’ve stored in would have just said sorry, and stayed in the office. Highly recommend, both for the facility and customer service. It is unmatched.”

This was one of the most top notch customer service that I have ever experienced. I have travelled out of the country several times, deal with concierge, valet and all sorts of individuals. I must say that Manager David Cares about the type of service that this facility receives. He’s thorough, diligent, attentive and very professional. It was such a treat encountering someone like him.
