“3 things I want from a car shop: 1. Friendly service 2. Quick turnaround 3. Simplified explanation of problems I’m glad to have tried this Jiffy Lube location, as they satisfied all 3 of these! The shop is well-staffed, the waiting room is clean, and they even gave me a $25 off coupon when I asked if they had any deals going on. I got an oil change and state inspection. Even with a car ahead of mine, the whole process took 30 minutes total, in and out. I immediately went home to grab my second vehicle and came back for the great service. Like any shop, they will recommend additional services, but it’s a no-pressure conversation where they fully explain why they’re offering it. For example, for my older 2012 Hyundai Elantra they recommended (as does the owner’s manual) an engine flush and fuel cleaner. In contrast, they said my air filters were still in good condition and said there’s no need to replace it. I think of it like a doctor’s visit for your car. I want them to point out where something can be improved or fixed, but ultimately I choose the “prescriptions” that I want to buy. All in all, a great experience, I’ll be coming back!”

“After buying fireworks all week long my girlfriend wanted to buy some herself and for her parents but unfortunately it was July 4th and all of the stands were picked over. After driving around and almost giving up, we saw a beacon of hope in the distance it was Haley’s Comets I wish we took some pictures of this stand it looked exactly like the stands of when I was a kid fully stocked with fireworks everywhere they had clothes line with fireworks hanging from them. It was very nostalgic. Customer service is great and so are the prices. Don’t waste your money at Alamo, TNT or Ron’s. Thank you Haley for an awesome fourth 😁 🧨”
