“Great experience! We had a fairly large job, 3 rooms, foyer and two hallways. Jacob was patient with me and my husband since it took us several visits to finally select the flooring we liked that would work in all the areas. Manuel and his crew did an exceptional job with installation. We have two dogs who both ended up walking through the glue at one point. They just laughed it off and cleaned up after them. Sky was very efficient, friendly and thorough; she suggested the Millie planter, describing the container and plants in detail. I looked it up on the website while we were talking; she assured me it looked nicer in person than the photo showed. Within 4 hours of placing the order, the recipient contacted me stating "It's the most beautiful plant I've ever seen. It's HUGE and HEAVY, very green and shiny and full. I love it." When I hadn't received the invoice via email, I called back and spoke with Emily. She explained sometimes the receipts from the automated system don't go through corporate firewalls and she offered an effective workaround. “I had another storage company back out on me, so I was left to find a storage unit that I needed in short notice, and I was really frustrated with the last storage company that claimed to have me reserved, but rented out the space to another customer. Deep breaths, D, get on Google and look for someone else. So I found this Public Storage in The Colony. It's not the best location, won't lie, but it was between both locations I moved from/to, so I called customer service, and they scheduled a unit for me. This time I'm putting money down to reserve it, and I'll go to the site directly to confirm. And sure enough, I walked in and spoke with the fabulous Ms. Vickie, who got me setup with a large enough storage unit at just the right time. She's awesome and very helpful and informative, letting me know about the entire process and making suggestions to help make the moving experience better for me and my schedule. Thank you so much Vickie for your help! Spoke with other employees at this location at various times and all are very friendly. Public Storage customer service in general is fabulous as well. Peace.”
