“OMG!! I had quite literally the best experience in retail I have ever had at this store with their staff. Tracy was incredibly helpful and kind when I called over the phone to ask about some jeans. When I got to the store, Tracy had my jeans plus several other pairs in my size waiting for me to try on:-) I have gained about 20 pounds in the last 3 years and jeans are not something I’ve worn in a long time due to my body dysmorphia and weight insecurities. Tracy made this easily the best experience I’ve ever had shopping for clothes, and specifically for jeans, which I don’t normally feel comfortable in. Kelly at the dressing rooms was also incredibly helpful when helping me look around and did everything with a smile on her face. It’s not often you go into retail, ESPECIALLY during the holiday season, that you find amazing and kind workers like Tracy and Kelly. My heart feels warm and I’m so glad I chose to go in today. “Visited Kilwins after a brief walk at Grandscape. Tried their sea salt caramel and chocolate vanilla ice cream upon the staff member’s recommendation. It was smooth, creamy and not too sweet. We asked for single scoops and it was just the right quantity. We also bought some chocolate coated pretzels which were too good. The ambiance was perfect and there is plenty of outdoor seating. Will try their other flavors soon.”

“Called dealership looking for a specific make and model Chrysler. Spoke to Mark Roberts in sales for about 30 minutes. Decided to make the 1.5 hour drive to the dealership. Mark was a great salesman and never felt pressured by him during our time at the dealership. We agreed to trade in valve and price of new vehicle. When I went to finance I was provided all my extra options with no pressure. I knew what I wanted extra and nothing more. My finance guy never pressured or try to up sell me. He answered my questions and was able to sign and drive quickly. Vehicle was detailed and gassed up. The entire staff was polite and professional. I’ll see y’all again when I go through my midlife crisis and purchase a hellcat.”
