If only all places had a sink up front so everyone can wash their hands right away. The establishment is very clean. The staff was very kind and caring and answered any questions I had. I suffer from very high myopia so I’m glad they addressed my concerns for my daughter. My daughter felt comfortable and excited for her first pair of eye glasses. “I saw on the computer that Johnston Motors had a 2016 truck that I liked. It's about 3 hours from my house to take a look at it, so I called and asked Hunter a lot of questions. After answering all of my questions, I thought it was a good truck so I went to JM a looked at the truck. It was not a good truck, it was a GREAT truck!!! About half of the car dealers lie because the want to sell a car. Hunter answered all of my questions, correctly. I bought the truck and have had it for 2 weeks. Runs great, no problems at all. It's a very great truck and a very good price. If Johnston Motors has a vehicle like one you're looking for, go --- you'll LOVE IT!!!”

Alex not only helped me out with knowledge and information about my check engine light and possible parts needed he verbally explained how to refill my coolant as it was completely empty. He also gave me some business cards for a few people that may be able to assist me with removing my battery so I can get it charged. I may have been an O'Reilly client but I have definitely changed and will go to AutoZone from now on specifically this location if I know Alex is working.
