They were absolutely right! Nancy Cates has the most amazing treats but even more amazing Lattes/coffee! My favorite is the Lavender Vanilla Latte! I’ve tried so many different lattes from different major cities around the world and theirs has them all beat by far! Not only is their coffee and bakery items amazing the staff is the sweetest and most kind people! They are always happy to help! Plus they have Christian values and support smaller businesses by allowing them to sell items in their shop! I love this place so much!!”

The medicine treats my restless leg so it’s pretty important that I take it or I will have a sleepless night. Anyway I called to check on it and the customer service rep, VALERIE, completely put my mind at ease, double checked my info, put me on automatic refill, thanked me, and even called me back because our phones got disconnected at the very end of our conversation. “Terrible customer service. Placed an order online, eventually once the website finally worked. Weeks later I send an email since I can never get anyone to pick up the phone to check on status. Get a call back the next day saying my order is in and I can come pick it up. What? Why would I pick it up? They REFUSE to ship it. Won't even try. It doesn't say that anywhere on the order process, receipt, or confirmation email. Fine, just cancel the order, I don't have time to drive all the way over there for this overpriced junk anyway. They also do not offer exchanges or refunds. How is this company still in business? Fine. Charge Back. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. ========================================================= Edit: I am revising. Looks like a confluence of situations that neither side fully understood about the other. The owner went above and beyond for me and my family here and I am extremely thankful. I dont want to post exactly what he did, but really, thank you. COVID and virtual school is a drain on work/life right now, and expectations on my end were that this would just be shipped like the endless stream of amazon boxes I get. However, talking to the owner, and they have a very legit issue with the kind of branded athletic wear for the schools they do, to need folks to come pick things up. Its an interesting point of view and one I had not considered. Again, thank you, and next year I will be better prepared and understanding of the situation they find themselves in. And hopefully, COVID will just be a memory.”

“I highly recommend this boutique! We usually go to Sandy's because our dance school partners with them to order the right color for my daughters' company dance teams. Today, I went to Suffolk because my daughter has a dance convention today and I found out this morning she was missing one of her Ballet shoes 🤦🏽♀️. Walked into the boutique with my daughter and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help (always a plus!). The young lady sized my daughter and brought 3 different shoes she thought might work for her. We found a perfect fit and when I inquired about clothes she took her time explaining where my daughter's size was located in the store and the corresponding tag colors so they would be easy to find. Absolutely wonderful experience - I wish I had gotten her name. I highly recommend this dance boutique and will definitely be back for our dance needs!”
