“Carwash USA has definitely upgraded in comparison to the previous owners zipps. The staff is friendly and the carwash gets your car clean. They have staff to dry your car off after your wash. The vacuums have been replaced and all of them are working. To top it all off I locked my keys in the car and the staff had the tools to assist in getting my doors unlocked without damaging my car. “The couple times I ate there the food was great. About a year ago or so a woman fell asleep at the wheel, hopped 3 curbs which ruptured her fuel tank sparking a fire. She ended 4ft from the last pump with her vehicle engulfed in flames. I was the man who just so happened to pull her from the vehicle before it was totally engulfed. My boss lives right around the corner from there and he informed me she pulled through. I believe that woman's best friend worked there at the time and no longer does. It was quite the life experience. I'm happy that she pulled through and may God's blessings be upon her.”

Some of the review for this place scream "customer is always right" mentality, which is super inconsiderate towards the people who work here.”
