He was extremely knowledgeable about the process of filing claims and assisted me with navigating the process smoothly. He also made sure that the insurance company paid for EVERYTHING they were supposed to. As a consumer I don’t know everything that is supposed to be on the list of repair items and the insurance companies responsibilities but he did! My truck looked great when they were done. One complaint I’ve seen about paintless dent repair is putting the vehicle back together when they are done. Like when they remove door panels, headliners etc… nothing was broken or loose - aside from there being no more dents being on my truck you would have never known they took that thing apart. The location of the shopping center is a great location in flower mound as well as the shops that are located in here are all quality shops, snack/dessert places, banks, entertainment/electronic stores to use and one thing that I would add to this review is that it gets very crowded and lots of traffic during rush hour in the mornings and evenings but there are many back roads and back ways into This shopping center and it can save you a lot of time if you use them.”
