“Great community. Have lived here over a year. We were only going to stay here 15 months but ended up resigning lease since we had such positive experience here. The complex itself is clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and responsive should we have any issues. The service team is beyond helpful and we never have to wait for something to get fixed. Not that anything has broken but change light bulbs and AC filters is about it. Nice little dog park for pets and we’ve met some wonderful neighbors. Would highly recommend.”

“William Is our accountant and boy oh boy is he good. Super responsive to emails and saved us a ton on our taxes. Our last accountant miscalculated our taxes and we had to pay a lot more than expected at the end of the year. William has been on the ball all year and was spot on with his calculation and keep us up-to-date as we went through the year. I think some of the other reviews may not be fair to Chandler and Knowles and I would argue user error on some of them. The accountant can only work with what we provided them. I know a bad account team and their not it. I highly recommend them. Just remember to send in all documentation each quarter and there will not be any surprises. Trust me, William is amazing.”
