The apartment is very upscale with very nice amenities ( granite /marble countertops, wood laminate floors, high ceilings, lots of windows to bring the light in, stainless steel appliances, tall baseboards, wood blinds to name a few ) We also have found that the office staff is very responsive , kind and professional. We had some concerns when we moved in and they were addressed immediately. We also have a wonderful patio view which allowed me to display my many plants. We have zero complaints at this time about our new apartment, the staff or the amenities at Montana at Bowery. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.”

“So grateful this location opened near my house, I won't go anywhere else! It's clean and almost upscale feeling with coffee & water for customers, play room with PacMan, chandeliers and a clean bathroom. Staff was professional and courteous. I didn't feel like I had anything pushed on me or that they were taking advantage of me (always a fear as a female with not much car mechanical knowledge). Highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience with Discount Roofing after a storm totaled the roof on my Flower Mound home. I worked with Zeb from Discount Roofing and he was great! He was very responsive and handled everything from the first phone call up until the whole job was finished. He went and inspected the roof first, then met with my insurance claims adjuster, brought me different shingle samples, discussed all the different options, etc. and kept following up until the new gutters were up and the job was done. He even found damage my insurance co missed and got me paid extra for those items. The Discount Roofing crew did a phenomenal job. They left everything very clean and the new roof looks great. They even upgraded me from the standard 3-tab shingles to the nicer architectural shingles for free. That made a big improvement on the look of the house. I know there are a lot of roofing companies out there but give these guys a call and see what they can do for you, I'm glad I did.”
