“Editing my review cause I felt like I was being mean and the owner is really responsive to reviews which is awesome to me. So when I went, I guess the vending machine may have been out of detergent or perhaps I just didn't see it. I looked but maybe not hard enough! I thought you had to bring your own detergent so I went elsewhere this time. Employees were given the day off... Which is why I didn't see any. I think it's really cool that an employer cares about his/her employees like that. :) Makes me wanna support them with business even more! Will definitely give this place another shot if I'm in the area. I hate to be too critical in a negative way because so many businesses experience that side of customers, but they are human too. “We took our kids (6yo boy, 4yo girl) here for a cleaning. They are very competent and they were very comforting to the kids. Dr. Yu and staff are friendly, asked if we had any questions, and were able to answer our questions confidently. The office is clean and comfortable to kids, without seeming like a 'playhouse'... it was 'just right'. Above all, I believe Dr. Yu and staff are there for your kids' benefit, and don't seem to believe in excessive/unnecessary procedures. They offered a sealant for the kids teeth. We declined, and they comforted us saying not to worry, since it was our choice and that the sealant would only protect their baby teeth (which fall out later). They asked us to weight the risks of fixing a cavity vs having a sealant... So I REALLY like they informed us about the possible options, and gave us the choice.”

“We absolutely love aqua tots. My daughter and husband take this opportunity to bond and work on my daughters swim skills. Coach Ryan is so great with our daughter, she is in the tadpole class and he does a great job at considering the amount of water she has swallowed, making sure she’s comfortable in the water but also making her work to get better. Ms. Bobby at the front desk is always so welcoming! She knows all the kids names and always has a smile on her face, this location is lucky to have both of them. We feel like family here!”

“This Verizon location is where I go to whenever I have issues. There was a system error and for some reason Verizon sent me to Wi-Fi boxes that was 5G home Internet. I walked in there and one of the representatives was able to return both of them even though there was no information on my account for either box. He was such a champ and he deserves a raise because he was able to print out the shipping label and have FedEx come pick it up where I did not have to do a thing. The representatives here are very understanding and they really care and they try to go above and beyond to help you out. I will always be a repeat customer here at this location!!!!”

“My sweet Elvis Presley. Dr Whitworth is one of a kind! She did the MOST of any veterinary doctor I’ve EVER been blessed to come across. She took the time to go ever every detail of his medical record, which were complicated. We sorted it all out, and she offered both expensive, and non expensive treatment options. I had already spent thousands of dollars trying to save my puppy. He was very sick, and wasn’t responding to any treatment offered. She was honest, and loving to all of his needs as we’re every part of her staff. They know me by name, voice and face. The office is clean and very friendly and fast. Elvis sadly, didn’t make it. We had to help him cross the rainbow bridge and his staff made his transition the most comfortable and easy for both myself, and him. They gave the best discount and price the could and the utmost respect. If we ever decide to have another animal, Dr Whitworth will be the only vet we trust. Thank you for loving us, and our Elvis. “Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job inside and out on my 2018 Lincoln MKC! After he was done the car was in better shape than when we drove it off the showroom floor. They were very professional, had excellent communication and customer service, and were very respectful of my property. Heck, my driveway and surrounding area was even cleaner after they were done than it was before they showed up.
