If I have an issue, he always has a solution. If I’m in a pinch and need to be seen, he always accommodates me. He is also the friendliest person and cheers me up as it’s just refreshing to talk with such a nice human being. There is a sweet lady working behind in the kitchen by herself making all the food by herself. They have a selection of snacks, teas, chips etc. It is American/Korean food. If you wanted a reuben and your friend wanted bulgogi and rice you would be able to accommodate both cravings in this place. She makes different specials during the week, so there's a lot to try with this place.”

I went in the line to get cash and there’s was about a 15 second wait (seriously and realistically). I went around 11:40 am, so I pretty much lucked up and has no wait for any service I needed. I sat with a banker who assisted me and she was very nice. I’ve never had any issues with Chase and I’ve been a customer since the WaMu days.”
