“Amazing experience! We had mentioned it was our Anniversary, and was welcomed with a personalized card signed by the entire staff. The food was outstanding, and the menu was so unique. We wanted to know what every item on the menu was and had so many questions. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and described every dish with passion. “Initial Review, May 2021 (Edit below, November 2021) After having issues with the company we worked with for our front yard hardscape, we were pleased to have our initial meeting with MCM and recognized that they heard our issues and were going to ensure that it didn't happen again. The first several months went great, even in the middle of the crazy freeze and snow in February, but the last month of our 4 month project was awful. Communication was non-existent. When we were told someone would show up to complete a project they either didn't or would show up unannounced several days later. Our backyard was nearly complete, but the job wasn't done. We had an irrigation sub-contractor come out to finish a job and demanded he be paid on the spot for the work. While he wasn't rude, he was clearly in the dark about what was going on from MCM. While they reprimanded him and admitted fault, they credited our account $100 which we hadn't asked for, but were grateful nonetheless in trying to fix the situation. Once all projects were finally completed, we received a final invoice for the work. My wife and I both noticed that the $100 promised deduction was not listed, so we contacted them and they said they would get an updated notice back to us. We then received another notice saying that they went back over the numbers and realized that we owed more money than what was initially listed on our final invoice because of a clerical error on their part. While we understood that mistakes can be made, it was really unprofessional and a poor response after we had so many communication issues, as well as the very last response we ever received from them. At the end of the day, we love the way everything looks and so do our neighbors and friends who have seen pictures, but when asked who did it all, we tell them we would not recommend McKinley to do anyone's backyard or home remodel. On 11/2 I received a call from Cody at McKinley out of nowhere and he wanted to apologize for taking so long to respond to our review. He also apologized on behalf of him and the company about how we were treated during our time with them. He then asked if there was anything that they could do to make things right. We came to an agreement that if they would reimburse the money that suddenly showed up on our bill at the last minute, it would go a long way in repairing some good will that they lost at the end of the project. Cody agreed to it and actually drove to our house and handed me a check for the difference. We were blown away as we had heard nothing from them for so long and never had a company reach out to us after a poor review. We are confident and hopeful that the changes they have made in response to our listed concerns allow them to be a fantastic company that does great work. We still love our patio and backyard and are happy to hear they are wanting to do the right thing in the end.”

“I've attended this school for the majority of my schooling career. Obviously there are ups and downs as there would be with any school, however the main issue is the students. With Harmony being a charter school with a uniform and such, students have a difficult time adjusting to the atmosphere (which can be blatantly seen within these reviews). I have been given so many opportunities through Harmony including a trip to Turkey, wins at state competitions, and easy access to Dual Credit and Advanced Placement courses. Overall, I would recommend Harmony to any student who is looking for an intimate learning environment and a positive atmosphere where adults encourage children to grow into upstanding members of society.”

“We love Dr. Frazier's office! We are on the third family member and still have one to go. He has an amazing practice. You can tell he is most interested in individualized care of his patients and all of their unique needs. He is not interested in growing his business so big that he doesn't know his patients. Each visit you personally see him. Not an an associate. Erika who works the front desk is friendly and she's always there. It's not like you get someone different each time you call. One of our kids was reluctant and wasn't sure about braces and Dr. Frazier was great with him. One of our kids has lots of sensory issues and we didn't know if he would be able to tolerate braces and Dr. Frazier was super patient with him and he did great. Couldn't recommend him more.”
