“My wife and I had Kris out to change our hot water heater. The install was seamlessly done with no issues or mess. He left the area as he found it clear of all debris. The craftsmanship was stellar as well as Kris’s knowledge of the product. He was able to explain all of the current options and suggested the one that was best suited for our home. Shockley the best option for us was not the most expensive option. I believe this is one of many reasons to use Kris vs a larger company. He will give you solid straight forward advice and do the work for a reasonable price. Kris was kind and professional, and here when he said he would be. “I am trying to add insurance on a new car purchase, I am a current customer,BUT, if they go home early on a Friday and don’t come back until Monday; what good are they, I even tried calling their personal cell phone number, no answer. Obviously they don’t follow customer service guidelines. AN UPDATE: due to my iPhone 7 Plus having problems receiving voicemails once they are created, I received a voicemail almost an hour and a half after the fact. I still give them four stars since customers on weekends should be able to reach them when needed; we will continue to use them as our agency for our autos and home insurance; no thanks to Apple’s crappie devices.😡”

“Unrelated to this specific facility but if anyone is considering visiting Lakewood Village because it is a "Dark Sky community" and wants to come here for stargazing, please come with realistic expectations (unlike me). Although the town is recognized by darksky.org, it is still a suburb that is situated very close to the enormous metroplex that is the DFW. The city's light pollution heavily drowns out the dark sky here. Sure you can find some of the brighter stars, but seeing glimpses of the Milky Way is way out of the question even on a new moon night with no cloud cover. A generic small town way out of the city limits would probably be a much better choice for stargazing than here even if it's officially recognized.”

Magnificent, terrific, outstanding, professional, courteous, fast responding, easy to talk to while they listen, made me feel like number one. Great folks and superior quality work. After going through about 6+ companies and the run around, scams, frauds, sabotage to my AC, I was referred to this company by a financing company. I feel like I hit the jackpot. This company did EVERYTHING right. My first call I spoke to Brandon and while we were on the phone, he sent out his guy (James) to measure the house for a new AC..what size I may need. This was at the end of the day. How awesome is that? The next week we scheduled for install and his guys were here all day and never even left for a lunch break. They worked their butts off on getting that into my little closet. James checked in from time to time on that day as well as Brandon called to check on me and how things were going. Brandon listened to every single story and detail I had to say. I felt like I was number one throughout this entire process. I now have a new AC. What's great is, they also do other things like electrical, roofing, home remodeling etc. Now I have someone to call when I need help with the house and whom I can trust. This is what its all about. The best customer service on the planet. It certainly made up for all the hell I went through with those other companies. I am so grateful I was sent this wonderful company and wonderful people working there. All of them went above and beyond. I cant say enough good about them, I really cant. “Hi there! I wanted to make sure and recognize how amazing this vet truly is. My pet, Spice, and I have had a pleasant time here and I really appreciate everything the workers have done all the way from our first visit to Spice's last visit. Unfortunately Spice was very old and she had some health problems towards the end of her life that the vets helped clear it up and make her comfortable. When her time came the vet made a euthanasia appointment and always assured me to postpone it if I thought she could make it a few more days. But, the vet is very good at what they do and Spice's last day was on the first appointment that was scheduled. These people walked me through step by step in our appointments and held my hand and cried with me as she unfortunately left us. These workers always remembered us and were very nice even when I felt my questions were stupid. They were always understanding because I am a college student and I don't have much money and even asked me how far I was willing to go in order to have Spice make it for just a few months to days. I really appreciate their support and I feel like they have gone above and beyond for my pet. I will be sure to return with future pets. I hope this helps, Joy”
