“My ex and I were court ordered to Dr. Threats program. I was a willing participant but I was surprised to find myself looking forward to the class and excited to share with others what I heard or learned that day. The classes gave me fuel to go and grow during the week. I've met with other mental wellness professionals who are very good but Dr. Threats by far is the best. Her presence is warm and welcoming. She is firm but kind, transparent in her delivery, and effectively usher parents to accountability. Because of her flexibility, I was able to continue with the program despite circumstances beyond my control that could have prevented me from continuing. I recommended Dr. Threats to a family member who recently had a child. I feel that a modified version of the program or one-on-one counseling would be excellent for parents before conflict arise. Knowledge gained in advance can prevent parents resorting to courts as the solution. It gives insight to the court system and the negative psychological impact on the child. The program is definitely an opportunity for a person to grow as an individual, parent, blended family, and respectful coparent. The tools obtained are useful in other aspects of my life. I appreciate Dr. Threats intervention and I know our child is better off because of it. I see a weight has been lifted from her as well.”

Joy, Ming, and everybody who work for Jackson Chang are super friendly (especially Joy!!), understanding, and very easy to work with! Their maintenance was good and very quick in responding, and the rent is very reasonable. My only reason for moving out of this apartment was that I wanted a bigger space. I always wanted a bigger apartment under this apartment management itself, but I could not find one, hence had to go for another management. When moving out, I got 100% of my security deposit back! “I first went to Jerry Whittle in May 2021 and I was greeted by Gary Carpenter. When I was at the dealership, there weren’t many boats due to the COVID-19 Boat Shortage. Gary wanted to make sure I got a boat that I wanted and within my price range. He did not try to pressure me in buying an expensive boat or shoo me away like other dealerships did. Gary kept in touch with me and showed me what inventory was coming. On May 4, 2022, my Qwest Pontoon finally came in fresh from the factory. We have a boat slip, and you are not obligated to buy a trailer with your boat. It saved us $5000, and the headache of trying to find somewhere to store the trailer. On May 4th, Monty and Jose took us out on our test drive and Monty taught us EVERYTHING about our boat. Jose also showed me how to properly secure the boat onto the trailer. Monty also delivered our boat to Richland Chambers Reservoir in Corsicana, Texas. He made it a priority to make sure the boat was secure in our slip and that it did not hit anything. He made many adjustments with the rope to make sure the boat was in perfect position. I highly recommend this dealership , and the fact that I did not have to buy a trailer and that they delivered my boat to Corsicana for free. I will be taking my boat here for service and will be buying my next boat here. Grade A customer service!”
