I loved the environment and the staff was super friendly and did everything to get me what I needed

I would say I've been here twice in 3 years. The first time was a negative experience. So I opted to just order the heels I wanted online and hoped that the sizes would run true to size. That seemed like so much less of a hassle, considering how bothered everyone was at the mere mention of wanting help!

However, I lent a pair of heels to a friend who eloped, so that's become her 'something borrowed' that I don't feel right asking for her to return. So, I am now on a mission to find a discontinued pair of heels that I love so much. Out of stock online (new), I decided to try my luck here.

No luck. However, the staff was very friendly and eager to help. My experience was the complete opposite of my first time in the store. Not only did this new environment make me want to stay to try on new shoes, the young lady that assisted me even called around and found a store with the shoe I'm looking for in stock while I shopped without telling me. Imagine the surprise on my face when she approached me with the great news! I think I also got to try on a pair of shoes I've only ever seen on TV or online.

I think as long as this sort of friendly and helpful environment is kept, I will continue to come by to shop around when I feel like treating myself to a nice pair of shoes. Thank you for the great new attitude, ladies of Steve Madden!
