Excellent customer service. Very knowledgable. My daughter called late on a Saturday that she needed a battery for her recently purchased used car. She couldn't afford a $100 battery. I didn't have time to first go and remove the bad battery and she couldnt tell me what size the motor was. I showed Juan a picture of the motor and he immediately identified the right battery for her car. I was able to take the old battery back a few days later and recover the $10 core fee.

I been a customer for 5 years already...and batteries are working great...even if it's refurbished...i think it has 3 or 6 months warranty...thats better for a 40 to 50 bucks for a battery...of course depends on your car model
