  ***Second update 6/19 I was pleased with the second spray, the Tech came out last night and spray something else that would work faster to kill the ants. For the next few hours after I only saw 1-2 ants at a time. Today, however, I haven’t seen a single ant all day!!! I’m so grateful and relieved that the problem was able to be resolved. Kudos to the tech that make a second trip out here and knew enough about his job to know what he could do to help our situation.
  
  ***first update 6/18 the tech reached out after he was told to contact me. He is very understanding and wants to help us. He offered to come spray something stronger to see if it will help. He’s great and knowledgeable about what he is doing. He is coming back out this evening to spray again in hopes it will help.
  
  So I called this company and was very impressed with how nice and professional they were. We were having an ant problem and I was desperate for someone to come in a take care of them. I have a crawling infant but also a child with severe allergies to ant bites. I contacted the company and they came out next day. The tech was very nice, professional, and seemed thorough. I did not necessarily expect results within a hour, however, I also did not expect the problem to get worse! I called them today to explain that I needed help, the ants had come back 10 times worse than they were before spraying. All they kept saying was that it’s a slow killing pesticide and after 3 days they could come back and spray if needed. Well with a child with an anaphylactic allergy, I cannot wait three days. I asked if they had some thing stronger they could spray even if we had to leave for a few hours for it to settle, which they do not. So now I’ve paid $84 (ish) to have the problem worse, a hotel stay to keep my kids safe, and $30 in additional ant sprays and traps to try to keep them at bay to wait it out a few more days. My house is not dirty, I don’t leave food or dishes out and I keep my sink and counters dry to avoid ants. I’m so upset and frustrated. I will of course update this in a couple days if the problem is resolved. I really want to love this company, it came highly recommended, and the people were very friendly.

  Contacted them when other pest control specialists were not answering calls and emails. Glad I did because they were able to get someone out to spray in a timely manner. The tech was on time and quick.

  We just recently bought our home and found out we had an ant problem and might have ticks. I called and let voicemail at 830p.m. The next day i recieved a call they were so nice and informative. It's also awesome to know you will have the same technician all the time. My technician Ricky was very courteous and helpful. Great customer service ????
