  Closed on a home with Tropicana late December 2019. Turned out to be a great experience. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
  Sylvia my Real State Agent was very attentive to every request our family had and super exceeded our expectation. Great customer service, strongly recommend Tropicana. Glad I made this purchase.

  I have been at my home for about 5 months and I cannot extend my gratitude enough to the Tropicana Staff, in particular the Warranty department. Jesus and his staff are exceptional and professional throughout this warranty process. Great customer service and prompt responses, with all issues addressed immediately.
  Sammy has been at my home a number of times of various occasions concerning warranty coverage. Most professional and knowledgeable young man I have come across. Made a couple of repairs and my home on a timely basis with results not showing any kind of tampering.
  Very satisfied with the Warranty Department.

  We had an issue with one of our AC units. We contacted Jesus Serrano in the warranty department about the issue and he was very quick to respond. Jesus ensured that the AC unit was repaired by the next day. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of Jesus and the warranty department.

  We've had our home almost 2 years. I am extremely happy with Tropicana Homes and their Warranty Department. Our realtor Michelle Mata was amazing in helping us get our new home. She was extremely helpful and kind. With warranty, no matter what issue i had or how big or how small they fixed it. Elsa Chavez and Jesus Serrano replied to my e-mails the same day and usually had someone fixing the problem the following morning. Being a first time home owner i had many questions and at times felt lost when something went wrong, found something wrong or something acted funny. But they listen to you and help you with any questions you might have and send someone immediately even on the weekends! I highly recommend Tropicana Homes and their Warranty Department!!

  As a first time homebuyer I have had a great experience especially with Jesus helping us out with questions about or warranty. Making sure everything is good. Having him there helping us out means a lot. Makes us feel part of the Tropicana family!

  There are no words that can measure up to the customer service that we received from Angela Feathers with Tropicana Homes. She is patient, humble, and very attentive to our every need… making our first-time home buying experience very easy and with so much love and warmth. Rain or shine, she made herself available to all questions, concerns, and with speedy responses. Even now, that we have closed on our home, she has demonstrated the promise she made to us that she will be there for us all the way through and more. We have never met anyone who is so genuinely caring like the way Angela has shown me and my family. We feel in our hearts, that no one else could have filled in her shoes for this once in a lifetime enjoyable experience. We are beyond blessed for her
  many efforts and are excited to be residents of Tropicana Homes. Thank you all for everything that you have done for us.
